HUMANS--THE DARLINGS OF THE UNIVERSE??? In 1530, Nicolaus Copernicus completed (but did not print until 1543 (the year of his death) due to political and religious conditions) his De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium. This refuted the long-held theory that the Earth was the center of the universe and that all else revolved around it. (Doesn't this sound a great deal as a child acts---(s)/he is the center of the universe?) The basis of modern astronomy was established and mankind advanced in maturity. =====================487 years later==================== HUMANS--THE DARLINGS OF THE EARTH??? In 2017, some people advocate that humans are simply one species among many on Earth--that they are no more than any other species but simply part of the tapestry of life on this planet. (God experiencing in infinite form including "inanimate" forms such as the Earth.) This flies in the face of the long-held belief that humans have been given dominion over the world through superior (where have I seen this word?????) intelligence. Is this that same superior intelligence which fouls its habitat in the name of greed and makes peace through war with its own kind??????? How will you complete this history? Are we to advance our maturity and wisdom or remain diaper-ridden toddlers? IF GOD INHABITS AND IS CREATION, WHERE DO "INFERIOR", "SUPERIOR", "RIGHT" AND "WRONG" BELONG?????
